Art 1. Seduction has place where,
by force fear or fraud on the part of the male,
section sexual intercourse between
him and a female has been made to
have place

3. If where presence banishment would not be afflictive, as in the case where the no desire to be in
the presence of the party has place, the delinquents
occupations calling him to another place,
imprisonment at discretion
