§. Lascivious Insult
Lascivious insult what

Art 1. Lacivious Insult. An act,
which, if no third person were present
would be no more than an act of of
simple mental, with or without simple
corporal vexation, may by the presence
of third persons, or even of a single third
person, be aggravated into the offence
against person and reputation, distinguished
by the appellation of a lascivious
insult.

For appropriate means of repression
see presence banishment,
at discretion.
