§. 2 Asportation
§. 2

Art 1. Wrongful asportation of a moveable subject matter of property is
where the wrongee or with or without his consent some person with
having in his possession the subject matter
in question, the wronger having no sufficient title so to
do, takes possession thereof, and, as if it
were lawfully belonging to him, bears it away
from the place.
