Penal Code

§. 9.

Art 1. Wrongful pecuniary damnification
has place is where, by wrongful practice, on the part of the
wronger with or without profit to himself, a third person or the wrongee himself
is induced to exercise some act or
pursue some course of practice, from which
loss, in a pecuniary or quasi pecuniary
shape is made to fall on the wrongee.

Memo. Advertise at the outset, that
where the sufferer, by the wrong is a confidee
of the wrongee, wrong to the confidee is included,
under the description of wrong to the
wrongee.
