Wrongful occupation of
property what

Wrongful occupation of moveable subject matter
of property is, where without a right, a person makes
use of it in any way, but without debarring from the
use of it, those who have a right (1)

A right, what

(1) (Right) That person has a right to a thing,
in whose favor some collative events in relation
to it has taken place, no ablative event in
relation to it having since taken place, nor any
collative event antecedent event, such as to
destroy by anticipation the effect of such above
mentioned collative event. For the list of
