Defraudment what

§. 12.
Art. 1. Defraudment, or say defraudation
is where, by deceptious practice a person,
with the consent of some person possessor or owner of the same, or of some person who has
or appears to have a right
to give such consent,
obtains or retains the occupation, possession or
property of money or any other subject of property
intending to convert or endeavors to convert the same to his own use,
without intending or not intending to be being amenable in respect thereof to
law.
