Extortion is where, by fear of some evil,
which the extortioner had no right to
inflict on him for such purpose, the extortionee
is forced made to transfer to the use of the
extortioner, a portion of the matter of wealth in
any shape, or to render valuable service
or to forego his claim
for service?
