§. 3. Usurpation of title
§. 3. wrongful usurpation of title to
property.

art 1. usurpation of title to property is where
a certain person possessing a good and sufficient
title to the article of property in question, the wronger
performs some unlawful act, in consequence
whereof, until the existance of the wrong has
been observed and duly proved the title in
question has ceased to be in the possession of
the wrongee and has been come to be in the possession
od the wronger; or say, has from the
wrongee passed to the wronger.
