§ 5.
art 1. wrongful interception of title to property
has place is where not for some unlawful act performed by
the wronger, the wrongee, by force of some official
cause other than any act of the wronger, would
have been in possession of a good and sufficient
title to the subject matter of property in question;
but, in consequence of such unlawful act, ceases
so to be.
