§. 6.

Art 1. Wrongful depreciation of title to property
is where wrongee being in possession of a good
and sufficient title to the subject matter of property in question, the wronger by some wrongful discourse act of or
of his in relation to the subject matter
in question causes it to be believed either that
the wrongee has no title whatever to the subject
matter in question or that the sufficiency of his
obliged titled is in a greater or less degree dubious.
