§.

In the case of an offence affecting person and
property both, it is for the most part for the sake
of the property that the wrong is done to the
person.

To offences this class the appellation of offences
of predatory indigence, or say of indigent
depredation, are is in most cases applicable. The
circumstance is the arrangement proposes in the Constitutional Code to be
made in relation to them, with a view to appeal,
and the corresponding function given allotted accordingly
to the Quasi Jury.
