A set of the matter belonging to the present head

Contributing to Serving for the establishment of the several rights and
obligations necessary to the giving effect to the severance
here in question of benefit on the one hand from right and
power on the other: the bene right or power as the case may be being allotted to an individual or assemblage of individuals,
the benefit from the exercise of it, to another individual or assemblage
of individuals.

In this comparatively extraordinary case if The number of different descriptions whose interests
are concerned in this comparatively extraordinary case
being so much greater than in the ordinary case, correspondently
complicated is the system of arrangements necessitated.

Of A state of things comparatively advanced in the career
of evaluation and improvement the commencement is marked
by the commencement of this more complicated system of
political relations.

Indications Marks of the pristine and original state of things
in which the distinction was comparatively unknown – the
severance scarcely effected, for the maintenance of the new species of rights power
and correspondent obligations no provision made in and by the machinery of
government are still visible in English bred law and government
much more so than in Rome bred law.

By those judicatures in which nothing but what is
called Common Law was administered – nothing of that
which when administered by another set of judicatures receives
the name of Equity no provision was made for giving effect to
trusts: for obliging one person who had entered into receiving a right
or a power had at the same time entered into an engagement for
giving the benefit of it to another, to give fulfilment to that same engagement.
