But under the same form of government in the case situation of
the ruling one no such fictitious entity as a trust has place,
in no the situation of every other functionary it has place. In
every situation in which respect of which the King is locator
the King is not trustor and at the same time trustee.

So the members of the House of Lords such of them as have
been
whether located by by the King or by natur genealogical descent
from those respectively who had been located by him are trustees
for one another and at the same time benefitees: not so
any other of the Kings subjects. It is The interests for the protection and advancement of this
own interest that of which the Members of the House of Lords are what they
are, are their own interests and no other: whether in favour of
the Kings interest any obligation rests upon them the such alone as
are functionaries located by him in other situations, is a question
that have never yet been started, and may be remain determined in any
way in which the parties interested can agree: as to the people rest of the
Kings subjects they not being in respect of this trust intended
benefitees, what becomes of them and their interests is not worth
thinking about.
