§. Homicide
§. 1. Species
2. Species chiefly constituted from the nature of the motive are. 1. Homicide for the purpose
of Highway or house robbery & without warning.
1.* Homicide for hire.
2. Homicide for the purpose of robbery,
after warning, in consequence of refusal or resistance.
3. Homicide after warning and
resistance in self defence.
4. Homicide through hatred.
5. Homicide for the purpose of succession
to property or power.
6. Homicide for removal of competition.
7. Homicide by after conditional consent
of the deceased, as in case of duelling.(a)
(a) This to come last
because the acceptance
and the invitation may
be for any one of the
purposes Noo 1 and 7.
8. Homicide for suppression of evidence:
the delinquent being defendant in a penal case.
9. Homicide for suppression of evidence,
the defendant being pursuer or defendant, in
a non penal case.
10. Homicide for sport.
11. Homicide, through temerity or negligence.
