defence — means
of repression

1. If the death was determinately intentional,
means of repression the same
as in case of highway or house robbery
without warning. II By determinately intentional,
understand the case, in which
nothing that of death will satisfy the intention.

In both cases, compensation to
the near relatives of the deceased.
