Homicide after warning and resistance
in self defence — or Homicide
in self defence, by the delinquent on the occasion
of high way robbery after warning

Means of repression in case of
self defence. I Compensation to the
near relatives of the deceased.

II. Presume banishment perpetual,
from the near relatives of the deceased.

III. Imprisonment with forced labour
from 10 to 20 years. Transportation
from 10 to 20 years.
