Homicide self defence
means of repression

1. Homicide for the purpose of high way or
home robbery and without warning, after warning
and resistance in self defence; or Homicide
in self defence by the delinquent on the
occasion of high way house robbery, after warning

means of repression in case of self
defence. I. Compensation to the near relatives
of the deceased.

II banishment — perpetual,
from the near relatives of the deceased.

III Imprisonment with forced
labour from 10 to 20
