Penal Code Ch. Interception of property or profit
Deterioration in the value of money
or false rumours of encrease or
otherwise in the quantity of paper
money
Only when affected by
fashod or force, is
interception of profit
or compensation of loss

1. Note that to this head may be referred invasion
of exclusive rights in the case of printing &c and patent profit
seeking occupations.

Benefit may be derived either 1. from the use or transfer
of the thing itself, or from the transfer of things made
or done in imitation of it. An exclusive proprietary right may
thus be given, by prohibition of the use of a thing to all bar the intended
proprietor or say by imposition of an obligation
to refrain abstain from the use of it – by interdiction of the use of it
