Penal Code

Add. Force, command a delinquency and governmental, reign of delinquencies
momentary. Need of falshood peculiar to delinquency: Government has no need of it.
Fiction the resort of
neglect Judges acting under
a despotism.

Ch. Modes of operation or psychological instruments employable in case
of delinquency: – physical force, coercive force, alluring force,
falshood: falshood, its modifications.

In case of delinquency, the objects operated upon are
either persons or things, or both persons and things.

In so far as a person is of the number thus operated, it is the
faculty or faculties which on the occasion of the operation
are applied to operated upon use extent either the corporal or the mental
or both: of the corporal in so far as they are the
corporal penalties and those alone, the footing on which the person is operated force which operates
upon operation stands is the same as that in which it would stand in the case where
if the object were is a thing, object belongs to the class of
things: it is physical force. The mental faculties
capable of being in an immediate way thus acted
upon are either the volitional, i.e. viz. the will, or the
intellectual. In so far as the will is operated upon
with effect, it can only be either by hope of good or
by fear of evil, or by hope of good: if by when in so far
as it is by hope of good, the force employed is of the alluring
force: in so far as it is by fear of evil, the
force app employed is terrific or say coercive force.
In so far it as the intellectual faculty is faculties are operated
upon it may be by false the conveyance
of false conceptions or by that of
upon the conceptions conveyed
may be either false i.e. erroneous or true.

In so far as on this occasion they are falsho false
erroneous false falshood is the ideal instrument that may be said to be employed.
