Penal Code

These same instruments are 1. Physical force or
say power. 2. intimidation, to wit by eventual prospect of evil, employed either immediately on the human mind active faculties of human agents
or say uninterventionally mental repulsion or else unimmediate or
say interventionally through the medium of physical
force or power. 3. mental attraction allectation or say allurement or say
allectation, by prospect of eventual good. 3. deception.

The faculties acted on by physical force are the purely
corporal faculties – those which are common to sensitive all beings
sensitive and insensitive
beings and to insensitive beings: the faculty acted
upon by intimidation is the active one of the two faculties peculiar
to sensitive beings to wit the active faculty including will included
the volitional will, the judgment being the other: sp and the same is the
faculty acted upon by allectation attraction: the faculty acted
on by deception, by deceptious practice is the judgement.

Deception Of deceptious agency or say misinformation on the one part of the deceiver
if and so far as successful, the effect is – deceivedness
on the part of the judgement: the judicial faculty
of the deceivee: this deceivedness has place in so far
as the conception therein deduced by the discourse in relation to the supposed matters of fact sought in question by the other matters of fact
presented to his view are different fact of being exact copies of differs from the matters sought of fact
in question sought. Of such decep deception the effect upon
the active faculties of the deceivee is that instead of being
the course which they would have taken had they been
correct and faithful copies of the matters of fact themselves, and that
course a preponderantly beneficial one, the course they
take is different from and opposite to that same desirable
course, in such sort as to be a preponderantly maleficent
one.
