In so far se deception
is effective Erroneous
judgement is produced
art. In so far as (deception) the
endeavour to deceive 21 produces the effect it
aims at, erroneous judgment on the part of some
other person or persons, is produced by it.

In so far as the effect of erroneous
judgement is wrongful
the correspondent act
of deception is an offence
In so far as such erroneous
judgment is productive of an evil effect, the
wilful production of which is an offence, the correspondent
act of deception is an offence.

Deceiver he who produces
Deceivee he in whose mind
is produced erroneous
judgement
Deceiver is the name of a
person, by whom the erroneous judgment is
produced: deceivee, of him, in whose mind
it is produced.
