☞ Give example of evil intentionalism and consciousness and under
the head of the several offences, or some of them.
In some cases the name of the offence assumes
and includes the presence of evil intentionality.
Presumption primâ facie. The evil produced uses
the evil intended.

Art. 1. With reference to delinquency. States of the mind relevant material

to the practical demand for punishment apply it will be seen those theoretical distinctions:
evil consciousness or evil intentionality wanting, mischief
of the 2 order, none or next to none: demand for satisfaction, yes:
demand for punishment none.
By evil intentionality understand intentionality to produce
that result of the act from by which the evil of it is produced.
By evil consciousness understand the consciousness
of the existence of the characteristic circumstances by which the evil of that
result is produced or evidenced.
