Penal code B.1. General Titles
Ch. VI. Concatenated Offences inchoate & consummate
Gen. titles.
Ch. VII. Of concatenated offences, or
say, Of, offences, principal & accessory.
Art. 1. By concatenated offences, understand
these three, to wit –
1. The offence act in a consummated state.
2. The attempt or say the act of endeavouring
to commit that same offence.
3. The preparation or say any act done
for the purpose of an endeavour to commit the
offence.
2. Exceptions Excepted. All persons
acting in conjunction concerned in the commission of any one of
these species of concatenated offences, will be
dealt with on the same footing as if concerned
in the commission of another of them.
3. Offences mutually concatenated,
may be styled, the consummate offence, the
principal offence, the attempt and preparation accessory
offences.
