Offences against Condition

Wrongful non-Collation Detrectation Detrectation of Husbandship is where
with relation to a certain person considered in the character of
a Wife – a certain other person (the delinquent) being
bound by law to take upon himself or to stand in the
condition of a Husband, and to fulfill the obligations thereto
attached by law, exercise some unlawful act act, positive or negative
having for its object the avoiding to place himself or
to be placed in such condition and thereby to subject
himself, or become subjected to the obligation thereto
attached.

[Unlawful act] viz: 1. Bodily force. 2. Mental force.
3. Falshood. See as above the several Offences against Individuals.
