Offences against Condition

7. Wrongful non Collation Evitation of Servantship is where with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a Master
a certain other person (the delinquent) having been ☞ can not these two cases be consolidated? bound by law(1) to take upon himself the condition of a Servant by a
certain time has at or after the amount of that time omitted so to
do, or where before or after the arrival of such that time he by some
unlawful act endeavours to exempt himself from the obligation
of placing himself or being placed in that condition.
