10. or 2. "Disturbance of Mastership is where, with relation to
a certain person considered in the character of
a Servant, another person stands standing by law in
the condition of a Master, another a third person (the delinquent)
without lawful cause(1) exercises some act by means
of which the Master is prevented from exercising
some power a lawfully appertaining
to such his condition, and by means of such prevention
sustains some (injury)[1] of
offences as above
