Offences against Condition – Not respecting right
If without having as yet quitted his place in question
the Servant has either attempted to quit it or made by preparations
made manifested an intention of quitting it against
his Masters will, such prepar attempt or preparation
is with relation to the Offence of Elopement an offence
inchoate, and a proper application made may on the warrant the application exaction of
the hand of justice for for and to and for to the prevention of it.
