Penal Code

Such is the relation by which between this penal part of
the matter of the several Particular Codes, and the
matter of the this General Penal Code: Such the arrangement
capable of being given by the Penal Code to that other
portion of the entire mass of the matter of law.

Thus far as to those Offences by which in so far as in the case
of the several pairs of conditions the of evil is produced by the Offence be one or
other or both of the related parties. But on the exercise
occasion of the various rights powers and obligations attached belonging
respectively to those same Conditions it may happen
that evil to some third person or persons may be
produced. In so far as this is the case, the evil will
be found under the head of some one or other more of
the preceding Offence: In and here it may in like manner be of use
that the name of the evil be inserted in connection
with the several offences and groupes of offences, of
which it is regarded as a result.
