Penal Code.Ch. XI. Offences affecting Trust

Exception excepted, in both of these cases will the
demand for punishment be considerable: the principal remedy
will consist in the causing the trust situation to be filled by the person to
whom it ought to be filled: a remedy as will be seen of the
satisfactive kind: for the adjunct, necessary to render the satisfaction
compleat see Ch. XII Remedies.

Exceptions are the cases where for the giving effect to
the wrong an instrument of deception delinquency in any of its shapes in
which it is capable of being applied to that use is
