Penal Code and Civil CodeCh. Offences affecting Trust

Expositive.

Art. 3. In relation to a trust subject matters of for consideration
are the following.

1. Fictitious entities the creation of which is necessary to
and implied in the establishment institution of a trust.
These are – 1. A power. 2. a service. 3. a use a benefit. 4. an obligation.

2. Parties or say classes – sorts or descriptions of persons concerned in the institution of a
trust.
These are – 1. A primary founder or say a primary trust founder or
trustor, the sovereign. 2. a secondary trust founder any individual or aggregate
of individuals to whom a share in the process of instituting the
trust is conceded granted or imparted. 3. A trustee or aggregate
of trustees, on whom the power charged with the obligation is
conceded granted on whom the power coupled and charged
with the obligation is conferred. 4. The intended benefitee
or aggregate of benefitees to by whom it is intended that
by the creation of the power charged as it is with the obligation
a certain benefit or say good in a certain shape shall be received, to whom thereby a correspondent
service rendered, had their welfare in a correspondent
manner and degree augmented and promoted.

of the trust. These will correspond with the benefit or benefits
abovementioned and the service or services abovementioned. It
is for the purpose of conferring the benefit it is to the end that
the benefit may be received that the trust-founders primary
and secondary concurr in the act of creating and conferring
on the trustee or trustees the power charging it at the same time with the necessary obligation –
to wit the obligation of conferring the benefit by the rendering
of the correspondent service.
