Penal or Civil Code Ch. X. Offences affecty Trust
4. Quality or say condition of the intended benefitee or
aggregate of intended benefitees. This division of the aggregate of intended benefitees corresponds
with the main division of the aggregate of offences:
namely Offences affecting deter individuals – assignable individuals
say Private Offences.
2. Offences affecting a class of individuals whatsoever relation may be to the kind of
union or say aggregation – comparison relation to territory or any
other common relation – say Offences affecting a neighbourhood
or other aggregate of individuals not individually
say again semipublic offences: 3. Offences affecting the whole
community taken in its totality, that is to say the aggregate
number of the members of the community.
5. Benefit intended, Nature – shape – quality level of the
benefit to be conferred, that is to say by the rendering the service by the service intended to be
rendered, that is to say by the collation of the power intended to
be confe created and conferred coupled and charged with the obligation of
rendering the service intended to be rendered.
In the case of the benefit, of the seat of the good done and
received with may of the division will correspond with those of the
seat of the evil done and suffered in the case of the an offence,
that is to say in the case of an offence, the person, reputation,
property, power and condition in life. Offences say
affecting person reputation property, power reputation, condition
in life: benefit say in like manner applying to person, property, power, reputation
and condition in life.
6. Quality or say situation or condition in life of
the Trustee or Trustees. Those situation will This division will
correspond in like manner with the abovementioned division of the
aggregate body of offences – that is to say: 1. Private trustees.
2. Semipublic trustees. 3. Public Trustees or in the inverse
order: 1. Public Trustees. 2. Semipublic Trustees. 3. Private Trustees.
Public Trustees are the several Public Functionaries as to whom and their functions see the Constitutional
Code. Of the aggregate of them
is composed the official Establishment.
