§. Commination and Subtutelation

1. Commination. 2. Sub-tutelation.

As means of subsequential prevention, add
to punition commination and sub-tutelation.

By commination understand denunciation
of eventual punishment in case of relapse.

By sub-tutelation, understand obligation to
find bondsmen pledged for payment of a sum of money, liquidated
or liquidable, in the event of a relapse
on the part of the convicted delinquent: the delinquent
being thereby placed as it were under the
guardianship of these his friends.
