§. Sef humiliative punishment

Art. 1. Self-humiliative or humiliative punishment is either
simple or say ceremonialized.

In the application of humiliative punishment,
the offender may be made instrumental to his
own punishment or not.

If not, it is administered by the Judges imputing
blame to him in appropriate terms in
quality and quantity such as the case requires, &
the occasion of the imperative decree after
pronunciation of the opinative.

If yes, the Defendant, in the presence of the
Judge, in open Judicatory, under the orders of the Judge,
recites the imperative decree, with or without
the antecedent opinative as being pronounced
and dictated by the Judge.
