§.2. Remedies suppressive: what and how applicable.
Remedies collectively §2. 2. Suppressive
Art. 1. Whatsoever Enactive remedies are applicable
for preventing the consummation and thence for preventing the commencement
of any continuative offence susceptible of continuance the same
may be applied for preventing the continuance of an offence
of the same name and description after commencement has
been given to it.
Art. To these same nam suppressive
remedies applicable as they are to all cases – to a offences of every
description will be added others correspondent to the different natures
of the several continuable offences: mode if supressive
which will be in point be different forms need be to be supra-added
to all such operations called for by the duty of as may be necessary on the
score of satisfaction and punishment.
