Ch. Reconciliation
§.1.
1
Procedure system
for reconciliation
idea taken from
Danish conciliation
courts — In that case
means of accomplishment
separate judicator &
no other — In the
present code means
employed are different
the good effected or aimed at
by the Danish Courts &
more than all that
good is effected by the
present mode
By an institution which took its origin in Denmark
the idea of a regular system of procedure,
for the purpose of effective reconciliation between parties,
who otherwise would have been elegant, was for the first
time brought to notice, of the details of that institution,
further on. Of the means whereby that object,
was in that case accomplished or endeavoured
to be accomplished, the basis was separate judicatory
established for that purpose and no other. In the
course taken in relation to that same end
in the present code, the means employed are altogether
different. Signal from unquestionable authority,
appears to have been the good accomplished,
yet still it continues is to to be accomplished by
that same institution, not to speak for the present
of the imitations which have been made of it elsewhere.
But, by the procedure code attached to
the present code, all the good will be seem effected,
which by that institution it was possible to effect,
with a good deal in addition, what by that
institution was not so much as aimed at.
