§. 1. Prevention

Expositive

Art. As to Friendly Bondsmanship, in
the way it is in which it is effected made to have and has place
is as follows – if an individuals one or more having been information

having by the delinquent
been presented and
by their consent assurance, orally
or scriptitiously delivered
provid proof made
of their consent to be
eventually subjected
to the burthen in question. In the way of monitory commination as
per Art. indication is given of the a burthen to which
in the individual shape so described they will respectively be subjected
for the purpose of satisfaction should an offence of the description nature
thereby indicated described be committed by him.

Expositive

Art. By The manner in which Official Bondsmanship is said
to have place is as follows.

To the Local Headman of the Bis subdistrict in
which the delinquent has his residence adequate information is given by the
Registrar under the direction of the Judge, adequate information
is given to wit by transmission of an exemplar of the Record.
At the same time and by the same means the inhabitants
of that same Bis subdistrict collectively and the Local Headman
the particulars are render in case of resumption of the same
criminal or culpable shape rendered in the manner, and
in quality and quantity therein indicated rendered satisfactionarily
responsible in respect of it thereof. The By order thus given
the delinquent is said to be placed under the surveillance
or say tutelary inspection of the Local Headman, and exceptions
excepted every one of those same inhabitants, for and
during a time period of time thereby designated.
