Gaming
1. He shall be clothed in an coat outer garment in
which shall be interwoven representations the figures of cards
and dice and other implements of gaming. On his
head shall be a foursided cap with these words on
it [in large letters] at Gaming Statesman. In this
attire he shall be exhibited at one or more times for
not less than half an hour nor more than three hours in the whole at the discretion
of the Judge.
2. He shall par forfeit 100 ... which shall be given
to [the Informer.] any one who will inform against him.
3. At the beginning and conclusion of each time of exhibition He shall make submission in open Court in the
following terms.
