no time afterwards the sum his losses have exceeded by more
than to that amount 5' the sum of his game:
he may be prosecuted as for losing 5': and though

should even be a winner upon the whole he may

Let the Judge on this occasion beware that
he be not deceived by stories of pretended winning
trumped up to set in ballance against the losings.
Excessive gaming committed in a single instance If any man shall have lost at play [or had at stake] in
