9. Judges of the Court: Officers whose business it is to
judge.
10. Clerks &c of the Court: Officers whose business
it is to register the proceedings.
11. Executive Ministerial Officers of the Court, as such
Bailiffs, Constables &c -: Officers whose business it
is to apprehend, to keep; to punish . to execute: i:e: 1. to prepare persons and things for abiding
the sentence of the Court: to execute the sentence when pronounced
