6 C Refusal of Trusts
of their pecuniary concerns. Few mens talents are
equal to the management of all sorts of affairs:
and if they were, it is evidence that the same
man can do seldom do two different things and never be at different places at the same time
Add to this that if men's other faculties would enable
them to do without the assistance of those about others and
them, the management of their pecuniary concerns
their inclination, prompted by indolence, would often notwithstanding
dispose them in many instances to have recourse
to it. These considerations give birth to
the several sorts of trusts which belong to the
several sorts of persons who in virtue thereof
are denominated Stewards, Factors, Agents, Attorneys, Councillors, Executors, Administrators Advocates, and the like, according to the
employments and the names which are in use
in different states and countries

many occasions cases occasions in which there can either the
