C 13 Refusal of Trusts
If after having taken upon him a trust, a
man omitts fails omitts to discharge the duties of it in a
proper manner, such offence is consider'd in
a new point of view, and receives a new denomination:
it now becomes either a breach of trust:
or an and as such may be made punishable
by a distinct and different punishment. The
act of consent above mentioned is the
