as well with respect to that species of it the property in question which belongs
to the wife, who is not invested with as a trust, as with
respect to the husband who is.[invested with a notwithstanding
trust this, as in point of advantages and disadvantages the two conditions do not stand precisely
upon the same footing ] At the same time, on account
of the peculiarity and transcendent nature
of the virtue services incident to these
conditions, they will both of them be exposed
to offences to which none of the no other trusts or conditions constituted
by any other trust can be exposed: for
this reason the it will not be sufficient barely
to refer to the offences enumerated under
enumeration given of the offences against
trust. Lastly since in point of advantages and
disadvantages the two correlative conditions do not stand exactly
upon the same footing it will be necessary
in enumerating the offences to which
they are stand respectively exposed, to give them
a separate consideration. We shall begin
with the marital condition, the condition of a husband.
