8 C Bribery
It may be of use also to exhibit a definition
of the offence conceived in terminis. As the same definition
has no need to enter may be made to
fit all trusts, it has no need to enter into the
particular nature of the trust. It has no need
therefore to accommodate itself to local purposes circumstances
but may be made without any variation to meet the circumstances
of one country as well as another.

Bribery then (once more)is where a person
who is in any kind of trust receives money or
money's worth from upon condition that he shall
exercise it in such a manner as is repugnant
to the design of the institution.
Or this
Bribery is when a person who is in any
kind if trust(A) receives(B) money or money's worth(C) upon
condition(D) that he shall exercise it in such or such
a particular(E) manner.
Exposition
[(A)Trust] There exhibit or refer to a list of all the plans
of trust established in the state, distinguishing them according
as they are of a private, semi-public or
public nature.
