Homicide in general defined I call Homicide Under the name of Homicide I would include [the doing of
any voluntary act whereby a person

Homicide intentional. An act of intentional Homicide is any voluntary

that effect.
— unintentional. An act of unintentional Homicide is any voluntary
act whereby the agent, not intending to produce not do
any personal injury whatever, to any person becomes however in a means of producing
a person's death.
— extra-intentional. An act of ultra extra-intentional Homicide is any voluntary
act whereby the agent, intending to do some
other personal injury, is a means of producing a person's
death.
