an act operative of that sort of personal Injury
which comes under the notion of temporary Disablement.

Further reason where the attack is by other signs than words. I have said a verbal attack. For where the an attack
carried on by visible signs whether by demands a somwhat
different consideration. These signs will be
either either of the transient kind an evanescent nature such as gestures: or of a permanent. If of a permanent nature, then either writing, printing ordinary of the ordinary kind as writing or the
symbolical as a wooden gun sent to a man as a mark to convey a reproach of cowardice. If ordinary they will be either natural
as painting or conventional, or such as are marks of
sounds. In either case they will be of a multipliable
nature as such as are produced by printing: engraving or of a nature
not multipliable such as are produced by writing.
