permanent practices, such as the carrying on of dangerous, offensive,
or unwholesome, occupations. See

whose trades are apt to occasion danger or annoyance; such
as Gun powder Manufactorers, Turpentine Distillers, Manufactorers

&c. In all these cases the damage, if any, is commonly either unintentional,
