(a)1. For the cases in which a man may happen to be concerned
in occasioning bodily pain or uneasiness in another by
permanent practices, such as the carrying on of dangerous, offensive,
or unwholesome, occupations. See

whose trades are apt to occasion danger or annoyance; such
as Gun powder Manufactorers, Turpentine Distillers, Manufactorers
