Cases of exemption recapitulated. The being personally authorized by a legal warrant. 1. Where the act is done by a person invested
with legal power to do it, he acting in conformity
to such power.

Acting as assistant upon command to one personally authorized by a legal warrant. 2. Where the act is done by the command of
a person so empower'd, where his power extends to the giving such command to such this command and
the act done in pursuance of it being in conformity
to such power.

Acting spontaneously as deputy assistant to a person authorized by legal warrant. 3. Where the act is done in [assistance [to] the view of assisting of] a
person so empowerd, though not by his command to give
and he gives it his allowance afterwards; his
power extending to the giving of such allowance.
