C 1 Lascivious Insults Of Lascivious Assaults Insults Injuries
A Libidinous insult, what
A libidinous insult lascivious assault is where any one through
lewdness one person treats with indecent (A) freedom
the person of another not consenting. who is unwilling <add>not consenting.</add> (B)
For libidinous lascivious insults the punishment may be
as follows
1. The offender may be fined
2. He may be imprisoned
3. He may be banished the presence of the party
injured. Banishment from the presence
4. He may be made to ask pardon with circumstances
more or less humiliating. Recantation
Exposition
[(A) Indecent] What shall be reputed indecent, will depend in
good measure on the customs and manners of the country,
and as likewise upon the rank of the parties. in any some
country.
[(B) Consenting Unwilling <add>[Consenting]</add> In such a case willingness or consent may be given
by acquiescence; or even by a feigned or faint expression
of displeasure.

Are the same as in the case of ordinary other Personal insults,
and in the case of Rape
