2 C Of Seduction
[(C) Promises] It matters not whether he be actually
able to contract matrimony with her, or being
unable and knowing himself so to be pretends that he is able. But if
[(C) Ten] If the woman be under 10 it is a more
atrocious offence. See [Defilement of Infants]
NOTE
[(a) Sixteen] p.1 A different period may be eligible for this
purpose according to the climate laws and customs
of the country.
For seduction the offender's punishment
shall be as follows
1. He may be banished the presence of the
party seduced for a time or for ever.

Aggravation 1. Incestuous Seducution
Incestuous Seduction
Where the seducer is Father or other Progenitor;
or also where he is Uncle (one of any Progenitor) or Progenitor Great Uncle (and so forth) or Brother
of the party seduced, and at the same time older. being older than she, and
not less than 16 years of age.
Aggravation
In this case he the offender may be banished
from the whole or any part of the dominions
of the state: and if he be her Father, he
shall forfeit his paternal paternal power as
well over her. as every one of his female children.
Aggravation II Quasi Incestuous Seduction.
Seduction Quasi-Incestuous
If the Where the offender seducer is Guardian
or Preceptor to the party seduced.
In this case he shall suffer as in the
former: and if he be Guardian, he shall lose his
right of Guardianship.
