2. Si tempore primo sententio lato testiculus sit ei tantum

acerrime flagellator: tum secunda vice castrator.

4. Aiunt esse quilus testiculi sunt plures: hoc casu pro reliquo
reliqui auferuntor.

5. Perditis testibus, si maritus sit, penes uxorem it repudiatio.

Compensation allowed only to a Virgin No compensation shall be given in case of Rape; merely

and of good fame in point of chastity; saving always what may
